Get to know us!
We are an ambitious couple who met while teaching in South Korea, but hail from hometowns only an hour away in NY/NJ, USA. We met in 2013 as teachers through the English Program in Korea (EPIK). We played ping pong and ate ice cream one July day and were inseparable since.
We've traveled quite a bit together - all around Asia and Australia as well as two years serving as Peace Corps volunteers in a rural village in Zambia. We were fortunate enough to have stayed in many homes around the world via CouchSurfing, homestays, and help exchanges. Staying in a home with locals puts even more meaning to travel, connecting us to the area more than staying in a hotel.

Adam's grateful he could say his 20s were a debt-free decade "traveling with intention through work with meaning." (And he believes it's time we make it possible for more young people to be able to say the same.) So he's slowly working on a book to share his story, with hopes to inspire reform of the United States' broken student loan debt system. More about that at AdamGreenberg.com.
While traveling, Adam primarily works with authors as an editor. He also enjoys helping people improve their cybersecurity (free guide), listening to audiobooks at an accelerated speed, walking dogs, playing chess, and making time for the guitar. |
Hello! I'm Lianne, but I also go by "Yoon Hee". I was born in South Korea, but adopted to an American family where I grew up.
My professional background is in psychology and TEFL. I currently dabble in all kinds of online work like freelance writing, travel blogging, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, website-building, transcription, video editing, e-commerce, graphic design, etc. I'm always trying to learn new skills and have many interests. My consistent hobbies are studying Korean and Spanish, listening to podcasts, gardening, bicycling, cooking, and chess.
